    yup. over the phone or email works depending on which salesperson you are dealing with. Where I live, it was extremely hard to find one that was even at MSRP. used JT sport with 10k miles OTD was 60 grand. I think I saved about $3000

    Yes, that is the form DMV requested. Not sure if NY DMV started to enforce this document (template date is 07/19), Gupton and Fortera did not know about this.
