    Framed it out with 2×4's, 1x4 base and plywood, then covered it with waterproof canvas. It is lighter than a fiberglass top, but still takes two to put it on.     I framed the inside with wood and pywood then covered it with waterproof canvas(rapid prototyping:) ) Its lighter than a fiberglass top bit takes two people to put it on. I plan to weld up a steel frame if I like. So far it is good.
