The billet cap is pretty thick and rounded on top, but I may attempt drilling it after reading your post. Just never had the idea. Been very happy with their cap and spout since I purchased it.
You'll need to burp them any time the temperature swings or altitude changes. When they swell to much my experience is the center plastic cap fails. I have since replaced with Ai3 all metal PAX nozzle. Still need to burp but I feel comfortable that nothing is going to give and leak gasoline...
I swapped the front springs to Rubi keeping the max tow rear and swapped all the shocks to the Rubicon shock at 5k miles and ran it for 5k miles. Gained about 3/4" in the front and the fox Rubi shocks were terrible. I would say, save yourself the labor for a real lift and as temping as the rubi...
