  1. Multi cylinder misfire

There should be a packet of information on the lemon law procedure in your state with your owners manual. Read it.
  2. Blow By Catch Can???

A catch can on a naturally aspirated engine is pointless and a waste of time and money.
  3. Slush mats. Dealer price

Not any that I have ever heard of. Some dealerships or groups will have a profit sharing type deal and there may be some sort of bonus for a good year, but it's not driven by each little sale. The most profitable dealerships don't really bother much with the Mopar accessories as there is not...
  4. New Baby Jeep? I'll take one.

Indeed. It's called the Shortcut and it's nothing more than a concept model. Jeep already has too many overlapping models in the US, so I would be surprised if this new one is for our market. More than likely it will be a rebodied Fiat like the Renegade.
  5. Loose Steering?

Trackbar bolts are just a normal bolt with a captured washer. No shoulder, threaded all the way to the washer. M14x1.50x74.15
  6. Oil Change - What lube, and should I have Jeep do it?

I would disagree that there have been no significant changes in the 3.6L. The changes in the heads are just a couple changes I would consider to be significant.
  7. Oil Change - What lube, and should I have Jeep do it?

If there is a warranty issue, the dealer can do an oil analysis and determine what oil was used in the engine. I don't know what "better information" you would need, the people who designed and built the Jeep have already told you what it requires.
  8. Oil Change - What lube, and should I have Jeep do it?

All I am saying is that it is an engine that has a history of issues and all this back and forth about what oils can be used and not be used sounds more like a couple kids not doing what their mother told them to because the only reason given was "Because I said so." There are plenty of oils...
  9. Oil Change - What lube, and should I have Jeep do it?

Considering the head issues the 3.6L continues to have, I don't think I would experiment with the oil weight or specification.
  10. JT “Green with envy pearl coat” new color ?

The PGE paint code is indeed "Green With Envy" and it is the same color as "Mojito Green".
  11. Kinetic Ropes vs Recovery Straps

It depends on what you are doing. With a winch, the very last thing you want is a connection that stretches. Go watch a professional doing recovery, like Ron Pratt on YouTube. Yanking people out with another vehicle will always be a last resort for me.
  12. Kinetic Ropes vs Recovery Straps

I use overhead lifting slings. Stretchy recovery ropes are OK, but are mainly used when your vehicle doesn't have enough ass and/or traction to just pull the vehicle you intend to get unstuck. I do not like them because I do not like an "uncontrolled" recoveries like that. I much prefer to...
  13. Slush mats. Dealer price

$165 is the retail price, for both the old and the new number. Time to find another dealer.
  14. I need Help

It sounds to me like they priced out axle assemblies instead of a ring and pinion swap. I would not take a job like that to the dealer, most are not really set up to handle a lot of aftermarket type modifications. I would look for a performance or off road shop in your area.
  15. Jeep gladiator roll over

Definitely a flop and not a full roll. And yeah, anyone who has never seen a slow roll has never been rock crawling.
  16. Manual Transmission Club

Double clutching is not needed on any synchronized transmission. The first gear is lower, though actually not that low, for pulling power much like my old NP435 4 speed with it's granny gear. Even though my granny gear (6.69:1) is not synchronized, it still does not require double clutching...
  17. very very balky 4wd steering

There is no differential in either of the two transfer cases available in the Gladiator. They are both part time 4WD, direct drive transfer cases. No clutches, differentials or electronics, just gears and a chain directly driving the output shafts.
  18. Hood graphic availability?

Before anyone asks, 82215376 lists for $195.
  19. Oil Change - What lube, and should I have Jeep do it?

Just use the oil that is spec'd out for the vehicle. The engineers who designed the engine know a lot more about it than you do. Trying to be some sort of wise guy and acting like you are looking for a fight about some potential lawsuit just makes you look like an ass and you would probably...
  20. Where can I find this dashboard decal/kit?

I believe it was determined here previously that the panel splits down the middle horizontally when the airbag deploys. Taping over the break-line could cause issues with the airbag. It's certainly not going to keep the airbag from deploying, but it could cause the panel to pull loose and...
