Maybe just go with smaller spacers? I was on the fence with the Rusty kit.. a lot of bang for the money and can upgrade easy.. but I got my spacer kit as a gift so went with it!
I’m not really a fan. Feel like they are always shifting and making ton of noise. I ordered RK springs to replace the stock spring RC spacer combo but haven’t swapped yet
I have a JTR with 3.5” RC spacer lift. It has RC control arm drop brackets and adjustable track bars. There is a ton of noise coming from upfront under the truck and it doesn’t ride great. I think the 2 piece design of the drop brackets is allowing them to shift and creek. Anyway I’d like to...
So I purchased a 3.5" RC spacer lift for my sport. Before I got to install the kit I traded for a Rubicon JT. I installed this spacer kit along with their control arm drop brackets, adjustable track bar, and shock extension.
My question is.. the 3.5" spacer was ordered because I wasn't sure...
I am planning on going with the 3.5" spacer, front lower adjustable control arms, and front adjustable track bar. This will get the jeep lifted and allow me to chose a set of springs that meet my needs later. I assume I will need extended brake lines for at least the front? Or just bracket to...
Have you assembled yet? I re
Let me know how install goes. I have a set as well but haven't had a chance to get onto Jeep. The instructions for the handles seem weird to me.. as it looks as though they sit inside the doors
I had one for my JKU that used factory soft top surrounds and sealed the cab perfect. The rear cargo was exposed and did get wet but I simply had carpet and it's out. The dash and seats remained dry. Intended purpose or not it was perfect for me and kept us dry in a pinch.
I am looking for a bikini for the gladiator. Something that can be kept in truck and used in event of rain. I really prefer the naked look over the OEM softop.. so I would love to be able to just put on bikini and use it for summer/rain months. I don't have a JLU so unsure of fitment.. but if I...
I installed the equal anyway as I had access to it. Honestly it did an ok job. At lower speeds it is noticeable, although barely. At higher speeds I can feel a very slight shimmy. I put 6oz in each tire.. not sure if a little more would help or not but I am going to try. Overall I barely notice...
I ended up drilling out the push pin right inside lip and just using a stainless nut and bolt. Secured lip and that with stainless bolt and plastic rivet on inside. It's on now!
I ordered some mudflaps for my Max tow. Fronts fit perfect. Rears won't line up correctly.. not sure what I am missing but they simply won't line up at inside edge. Are they all the same? They are Mopar and say JT right on them
I work where I have access to equal to balance tires. I just picked up some new wheels and 35x1150r20 tires. I would like to use equal as it won't cost me anything and our machine won't balance my tires due to run mount. I have access to 6oz and 10oz bags. Anyone know how much I should use?
I believe there are a few harness that "will fit" however only one incorporates the diode that will prevent back feed and damage the PCM when manually used. This was the case on a couple Rams in like early 14-15 also. So even though you don't have an issue now.. doesn't mean you won't. This was...
