I also just bought a set of 35X12.5 Ridge Grapplers. When i left the tire store they set the pressure at 34 psi. They felt rock hard. Im down to 28 psi and they still seem hard and bouncy. Its been cold here in Denver 20s today, but the last set of tires i just took off didnt feel like this...
