I got the death wobble, so my dealer installed the Fox 98502127 ATS 2.0 steering stabilizer and replaced the aluminum steering gear box with a steel one. Now she drives amazing!

I got the death wobble in my 2020 Gladiator Rubicon. Dealer covered the fix, a Fox 98502127 ATS 2.0 steering stabilizer, plus replaced the aluminum steering gear box with a new iron/steel one. Now she drives SO much nicer!!

Thanks! I got a Zeon 10-S. The larger Warn models wouldn't fit inside that steel bumper.

Here’s some pics. So far I love em, and yes I’d buy them all over again. They are a little wider at the ends by an inch, but are easily stepped on at any point. When you open the door the step pops out the bottom and is very sturdy, you see my foot on it. It retracts when you close the door.

What do you want to know? So far they are great. When they retract they make a clunking noise which at first bugged me but now I like the audio cue that they are retracted.

I hear that. I’m not worried about most of that stuff, I was just slightly alarmed at what the DMV guy told me. I had never heard that some rando could ‘pull a registration’ armed with nothing else but the license plate number. It sounded kinda nuts to me.

My dealer actually removed it at my request right before I left the lot. Saved me the hassle.
