Just pulled mine out after four years, no abrasions, no rust. Bubkus. It may depend on the style of the drop in. I washed the bed, rubbed in a heavy coat of unbuffed past wax, rinsed the bedliner and popped it back in. I think the wear and rust saga has become an old wive's tale.

I pulled the line out this past fall, to take a peek. Washed it out, put a coat of paste wax on, un-buffed, cleaned the liner and put it back in.

I tried a local shop, listed on the Rugged Liner website. Again, four years ago in a different economy. Charged $220.00 installed, shipping included. All factory stuff works with the Rugged Liner, including a blocker board.

I think red rims would have been the felines' derriere. Need something to break up the white, center cap, lugs, or some striping on the wheel edge. Could be schweet, just needs some accenting and some detail.
