Hardware kit bolts behind the cargo rail system. after removing the rail you have to "POP" the rail off with a pry bar. Use caution but it takes some leverage to break the tape the factory used to hold the rail up.

It's the BLACK "GUN METAL" . on the Rhino site they look ALL black but it's actually two tone. Gun Metal and Black. bolts / cap / etc are BLACK I was concerned at first as it wasn't what I thought I was getting but....man it goes well with the rest of the rig. (sorry for delay in answer)
