I ordered the axel from Redneck Trailer supply. I got lucky because they were right down the street from my house. I ordered it with new leaf springs. I never installed shocks on it.

When I was building mine (m101), I just bought a new axel. Then I was able to order the width that I wanted, lug pattern, electronic brakes and the parking break. I even ordered it flipped with new leaf springs.

It’s not a replaceable part. They are “plastic welded” together. At least that is the case with the front fenders. Check out A video for the American Adventure Lab High-Line Fender Brace. It will show how to take the front fenders apart. Should be pretty similar in the rear.

I ended up buying from Champion Jeep in Downey. They made me laugh... said the Gladiator that I showed up for was stolen... so I ended up with a launch edition for a decent price. So they did a bait and switch, but I’m happy with what I got.

I showed up there to buy a Gladiator that they advertised. They would not get it off the back lot and had me test drive a different one. I wanted to test out the adaptive cruise control on the freeway and they would not let me deviate from their short test drive route. Then they had $4000in fees...

Nope...they are on my gladiator now.

It looks like the tow hooks are the OEM ones... they even have the part number stickers showing. That would have the be my first mod on it... pealing those stickers off.

I think with this price point, there already are a lot of different vehicles in the garage. I think it would be a good addition.
