I had the same issue. Big thread from a while back. Bottom line - They did not replace because factory warranty only covers workmanship issues. Since GG was factory, Mopar did not cover it either. Good on you to get it covered. Definitely not worth it.

I am curious to see how your lift settles in. The 4" you got is more than I am looking for (I had a similar result with my LJ). In their main thread, Clayton just announced a 1.5" spring kit that should be available this summer. I may wait on that.

From? Once I dug into the fine print, it was not a warrantable item for Mopar, and Jeep only warranted for factory defects.

It was a dealer in Springfield. While the dealer did not handle my situation well, you won't get a different outcome anywhere else.

It was worth a one way flight to me.

I did. They told me it wasn't covered as a factory installation. See @sharpsicle's post above. He highlighted the factory installation exclusion buried in the Mopar fine print.
