2020 with auto climate control. The air flow out of the vents increases with vehicle speed or outside wind speed. It’s like a ram air effect, the flow out of the vents is independent of the fan speed. If I turn on recirculate it drops down to where it should be. Anyone else have this happen?

Picked up the d ring mount at local 4 wheel parts but in hindsight you can get a pair of rugged ridge on amazon for $60 or so.

Rugged Ridge Arcus modified for Warn 8274. The 8274 is bigger front to back, so the bumper sits out about 2 more inches. I didn't like the massive tow hooks that came with the Arcus, so retained the stock Rubi red tow hooks and used just a regular D-ring mount.
