  2. Took my Jeep to dealer today for loose steering

Perhaps you are correct, however I am not going to travel more than an hour to get to the next dealership. There are 6 dealerships within 45mins travel time I have been to 5, all 5 have the same excuse "IT'S A JEEP", I am sure in Iowa things are very different than here in south Florida.
  3. Took my Jeep to dealer today for loose steering

Thank you for your input, The dealer has had it "on" the alignment rack 5 times since I have purchased it, each time I am told "it was adjusted to specs" (once in spec why would it not stay in spec) this last time a corporate engineer came in to examine, he too did an alignment, there was...
  4. Took my Jeep to dealer today for loose steering

  5. Color regrets anyone???

Bought the Black Overland, not happy with that choice at all, wanted the Blue one but the dealership here said no blues until second quarter of 2020.

Kaitlin thank you for your response, but I don't think I will be going back there, I had to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get the slightest attention from the dealership, once I did then I was the bad guy, (how dare you complain Mr. Nieves) why didn't you give us a 5 star rating...
  7. Took my Jeep to dealer today for loose steering

I have taken my Overland back to the dealership 6 times over the course of 2 months. My Gladiator has 847 miles on it now I am still concerned for my safety when driving the truck. It sure as heck doesn't drive like my JL Wrangler. It is as if no one cares about customer satisfaction anymore.
