I have found the Gladiator to be a great Swiss Army knife type of vehicle to use during our whole house remodel. I have a Ram dually for heavy hauling, transporting long lumber or significant towing, The past month, the Gladiator was perfect for running around for tools, electrical boxes and...
Always interesting to hear others experiences.
I like the 8 speed transmission better than the 6 speed in my JKUR. Same engine in both but the 8 speed makes the Gladiator feel more responsive. The shifts are smooth and well placed matching the rate of acceleration. In about 1,200 miles there...
No worries. The best forums are about more than just the primary forum topic just like the best sports stations are about more than sports. All about balance.
I get that.
I slept on the floor for a week next to our Fila/Neo mix after her operation. Glad I did. She was a great dog. I’m not much for crying at funerals but I cried like a baby when we lost her. That was twenty years ago and I still get blinky-eyed if I think on her too long.
Some good...
Just curious, what measurable elements are you using to “objectively” compare value between a Gladiator and “any Toyota” or “Korean cars” for a cost:truck performance metric. Please give an example. Quantifying the denominator is the problem. I’ve never seen it done that way. What’s the value of...
Thanks for the link. Interesting discussion and some new info for me. For example, I hadn’t picked up on the use of the auto transmission in other makes.
I haven’t had my Gladiator very long, but long enough to assess issues others have reported (e.g., loose steering, uncomfortable seating, hvac response, etc.). Honestly, since I picked my ride up relatively late one night, I held my breath while testing out the steering input/response the next...
I am not a brand purist or a Jeep fan boy. We have: 2016 Miata, 2017 F450, 2011 Ram 3500, 2016 JKUR, 2020 Gladiator, 2018 BMW X5 diesel, and a 1956 F250 stake bed.
We are currently enjoying our new Gladiator very much. Not as capable as the 450. Not as smooth as the BMW. Not as nimble as the...
I have a 2016 JKUR Hard Rock along with a 2020 Gladiator. My perception is that the Gladiator sears are more comfortable, than our JKUR. Certainly softer leather.
Different strokes for different folks.
I really really like the leather seats in the Gladiator, but that doesn’t invalidate your dissatisfaction. I don’t love the “500-way” adjustable power seats in my wife’s SUV, but she thinks they are the best ever created. We also disagree on mattresses.
Long term confort can depend on the...
Apparently you either aren’t familiar with how topic specific forums (American Bulldog, Glock, Miata, Pappys, etc. etc.) operate or you just want attention that comes with criticizing the forum topic.
If you don’t like being teased when you take shots at the Gladiator, you should consider other...
That’s funny.
Actually the window was left open on toaster or blender.
“A property purchase pending now factors in as well. I don't want to bother him until I'm truly ready to buy, whether Jeep or Dodge.”
Plenty of time to consider a waffle iron.
