also note on MINE the top locking tab is missing as it is cracked off which makes it so the LEVER doesnt work because the top tab is missing so the lever just pushes OUT away from the connector vs. pushing the taps on each side DOWN

Mine have 13K and this will be my second winter with the JT here in the midwest and I would say yes so far they have been very capable in snow, sleet and wet roads! they have gotten slight;y louder than when new but certainly not bad at all.
