I could less about the number of posts on this subject. You can see from my profile I a very low post profile. My intention was for current Gladiator owners to relate their actual experience of reliability compared to what they have owned before. In addition since Stallantis is a European...
Not quite the reaction I was expecting from this group, but FYI this is a highlight of an hour documentary which has documented proof from company emails and case history, as well as lawsuits. Not just some random keyboard warrior.
I was interested in purchasing a new Gladiator in January 2026, but am having concerns about Stellantis after watching this video highlighting a documentary about the disgusting corporate greed of European auto makers.
Now I'm having second thoughts and my just stay in my bare bones 2008 JK...
Ahh, thanks for clarifying the legal terms. So is the SOP (standard operating practice) of most insurers to deny claims even when the company knows they are legally contracted to comply and like to make the claim process as difficult as possible, to make the claiment give up, ethical or moral?
Is it fraud when a damage occurs on your vehicle or house for that matter that is covered in your contract and the insurance company denies your claim out of course? And then, they won't comply with the contract until you hire a lawyer and take them to court. Just saying, karma can be a bitch.
Living in Arizona my Wrangler windshield had been cracked and hit by rocks so many times I've lost count. I gave up the last time I got my windshield replaced when driving back from the shop, I got hit by a big rock and it cracked my brand new windshield. I couldn't even get home with a brand...
Just a casual glance through this thread and I came up with, no they will only pay pennies on the dollar for what your mods cost. Either they don't trust the mod installation or they don't particularly like the mod combination, and that the best you could hope for is about 25 cents on the dollar...
Similar to the last concept Gladiator. What's not to like other than the price. I was hoping they would have gone into production as in the concept as opposed to keeping the same old thing on the Wrangler.
Considering the amount of work to create this front end and what is more than likely...
A pinned thread with FAQ would be a good way to alleviate some repeated questions or where vets can point people too. I get it that hard core veterans may get tired of repeated noob questions, but noobs are what keep the industry fresh and alive. The more you can bring people in the more...
On my Wrangler, driving back home from the glass shop after getting my windshield replaced. Left home with a cracked windshield and got home with one. I quit after that. Now it's a badge of honor I have around 12 rock hits and cracks.
From Autopadre: An average and very popular 4 door sedan. You can look up what ever manufacturer you like from Ford, Buick, GM, Toyota, whatever they all have multiple 4 door sedans with comparable milage as this, there are many models.
On a full tank of fuel, the 2022 Honda Accord has a...
Most cars today can do anywhere from 400-500 miles depending on gas tank size and fuel economy. The infrastructure is set up so you can easily take a vehicle cross country without worry of running out of gas. This is a standard today, being able to go cross country. Electric vehicles cannot do...
Sure there is a finite supply, but we are talking at least 3 or 4 generations from now. There are still vast reserves of oil. The only reason were in high fuel prices now is because the current president forced it upon us. Two years ago we were completely oil independent and we can easily be...
Possible issues with drop in liners:
1: They crack and warp in extreme temps.
2: They cause a rub point due to vibration and eventually wear away the paint.
3. They trap moisture and cause rust, especially if you have paint worn away from #2
