Does anyone have photos of the Curt 51170 installed? Does it take the place of the 12V or mount elsewhere? I’m trying to decide between the Curt and the Redarc. The controller knob on the Curt looks larger than the Redarc. Thanks!

My local dealership said that if we put in an aftermarket trailer brake, it will void the vehicle warranty. They also said if we tow our camper without a trailer brake, that will also void our warranty. Yet an OEM trailer brake isn’t even available. Has anyone else heard this about the vehicle...

I am in RI and it’s hit or miss. I got a lot of waves while in my JK and my husband gets a lot in his JKU but not as much with the JT. I agree with some of the other posts about people with JLs or newer to the Jeep life not waving as much.
