I had them on my last truck and they were nice for opening the window a few inches at highway speeds without a lot of the wind noise. They also allow you to crack the window when its raining without allowing water in. That's really about it for my uses.

Thanks for all the info guys. I've heard the Twin Lakes Trailhead up by Mt. Baker is a good one. I'll be checking out the local forestry office for backroad info as well.
The Forest Service website has some good info on roads and seasonal conditions...
I live in Skagit county and am new to the Jeep community. Finally pulled the trigger after many years of wanting a Jeep. Looking for recommendations of some easier, fun trails to get the family into Jeeping.
