My truck started doing the same thing @ about 40,000kms. Goes away at higher speeds.

I had my whole fuel system replaced because my fuel pump failed. When they installed the new fuel injectors the seals leaked and exhaust was escaping into the engine compartment. When at idle the cabin air would pick up the exhaust fumes. I returned to the dealer to have new injector seals put in.
