Ouch! Sounds like you didn't isolate the Aux battery and shorted the Aux battery through that main fuse array. Main fuse array is definitely blown...hopefully that is all.

Gladiators do not have a steering wheel lock pin associated with parking the vehicle. Sounds like you had an issue with the turn signal stalk which has a mechanical connection to the steering mechanism which returns the turn signal stalk to the "OFF" position when coming out of a turn.
