I fixed the issue. I pulled and re-seated the fuses. I think one of them had an intermittent contact issue. No problems with the radio since last year.

The steering issue is covered under a TSB, so they should install it free of charge (if its still under warrantee) If its a new one (or used still under warrantee) on the lot with the old box then i would make that a condition of sale. There is a month or two wait for that part currently.

There is a video somewhere of a guy running the rubicon in a stock rubi gladiator. He didnt do any of the super challenging trails though, and he did get some damage going through. I wouldnt recommend.

Duratracks. We get a lot of snow up here in the nort country don't ya know? I've run them in the past and found they were a good mix between a mt and at. Not as good as my jeep on trail grappler but also they don't act like hockey pucks on packed snow.
