3yrs 50,000 miles working on my 3rd windshield

38 months 45,000 miles. Three ess batteries one main battery and tsb steering box replacement. Other than that, great vehicle.

Yes the last two were both replaced following the required procedure

Just had my aux battery changed for the 3rd time in three years. Was out of warranty 42,000miles, but the 2nd battery was only 11 months old. Had to replace the main battery at 36,560 miles at my expense but still 3 months before the 3yrs was up. Question, is this going to a constant problem...

Well they didn't cover it and charged me a diagnostic fee of $62.00. Then told me that everything checked out,fine except for multiple cel For low voltage. Said they would gladly change both batteries at my expense. I left and went to Advance Auto and replaced the main battery with a H7 AGM

Just concerned because 600 miles over warranty. But still 3 mouths short of 3 yrs.

Thanks , got an appointment at dealer at 9 tomorrow. I'll pay for the diagnostic but if parts not covered I'll do as you suggest.

Just started it again and had “service ess system,” which I believe was the same message I got before the last aux batt was changed. I’m at 36600 miles would that be part of the power train warranty ? Can it be bypassed? Thanks

All the above . Plus no headlights or radio, finally started and ess light stays on.Battery voltage while driving 13.9. Had aux battery replaced 16 months ago. Any ideas. Thanks. For what it’s worth the steering box was just done last week.

Picked up a 20 ft camper and when backing that constant beeping just adds to the stress of hearing the spotter. Anyone know how to shut that off. Thanks

If I remember the tsb, the last line was" if the customer complained about the issue perforform the tsb".

They said the main battery was fine. I did notice that before dealer visit that it was charging at 14.2 v and after charging at 13.6. So I think all is good now.

Just want to post follow up. Dealer replaced aux battery under warranty.

So I guess no one knows for sure if it has to be done. So Safelite is coming tomorrow to do it. They said they have to take it for drive of up to 30 miles to do the calibration. Not excited about that. My insurance company is paying the full boat. As it should for what it costs to insure. Thanks

Brought mine in for oil and tire rotation and they did the TSB for the pcm ( power control module , which I think is the engine) last week and now I’ve lost 2mpg wtf ! Anyone else lose mpg after the update
