When I rode in the Gladiator for the first drive, I thought, “Comfortable enough.” After owning one for over a year now, I will be addressing the discomfort from the seats that my wife and I get from long drives. I believe it comes from the flatness and shortness of the seat bottoms. My Katskin...
Please post pics after the install! Im interested to know how it all fits and what they end up removing. It looks like its gonna take up all the room behind the rear seats. I could never lose that lockable spot. Where else would my wife put her purse when the top is off?
Rugged Ridge. I wanted ones that protected the entire sill, not just the flat parts. So far so good! I think I had to buy them directly as I am unable to find them in my Amazon purchase history.
Heres what Ive done since the Covid. Bought some sill protectors, hauled some lumber, drove to the snow, packed some dirt for a new chicken coop, admired my Jeep, bought some bags for the Molle webbing behind the seats, went camping, admired my jeep, removed the 80% portion of the rear seats for...
I going this route next year for the roof/vehicle top tent. I would like to keep the hard 3 piece t-cover on with it though. I might fabricate a type of exo-frame around the bed to hold up the rack, off the sides of the bed. Has anyone seen if this idea has already been done?
This souns like where Im leaning to also. The wood project above is AMAZING! However, I want something thats made out to HDPE and has the locking hatches. Ive found some 40 and/or 60 seat delete kits online for like 400-500 bucks. I think I could make something out of some sheets of Marine...
Just did this as a temporary way to get the dogs to doggie daycare for the day tomorrow. I had to remove the under seat cubby, (which is only 4 bolts, super easy). Im not worried about banging up the outside and underside of the jeep so much, but I want to keep the interior nice. I put some...
A little update for the Mopar Aluminum cover. Its NOT waterproof. I would say only water resistant. After some consistent, light drizzle and a quick drive at lunchtime, there is some water getting in from 2 spots. Where the panels meet (not expected), and in the tailgate corners (where I...
This one looks really functional! Probably easier to use if your carrying something (one handed use?) than the tri-fold. Also, what the heck is going on in the back of this picture? Bunch of cops bustin someone? Lol (Probably shouldnt reply, I dont want to get this thread off topic).
