I didn’t think about the burrito cooker! It would be a good place to put your lunch while on the trail. One could add some stick on heat shield to the bottom of the heat is a concern. I have had my single Compressor in the same area, covering most of that area. I haven’t had any issues so far.

Exactly! It is 1/8” aluminum and bolts down strong. I can shake the whole truck pulling on it and it does not budge.

From what I have seen, most people drill it once they figure out how they want things to sit.
