Have you seen the SHW Off-road Half Drawer system for the bed? No base plate required.

Hey, sorry for the late reply! The mounting plates for the fuse blocks is something the customer made so I don't have any info on those.
For the batteries, he used the "premium" version of this 100ah battery because it was a little shorter when on it's side. They now have the "mini" version...
Something new I have been working on this week. A simple solution to help carry extra fuel or water. It can be mounted to any flush surface, such as bed racks, campers with extrusion rails, truck beds, truck rails, trailers, walls, etc. The mount can be oriented horizontally or vertically...
The problem with the larger 4Gal tank is the width. It is very close to the glass with a mount. Add a mount to hold it and it would push even further toward the glass.
I am working on a custom aluminum idea. Since there is not a lower track to attach to it is very hard to anchor something well. I'm not sure there is enough clearance for two 4 gallon tanks .
Yes, even with the 3 gallon container is stays within the awning and fenders. For thickness, it has bends in it to raise up for the bolts. I typically make 95% of everything in 1/8" aluminum. But, with liquid weight and off-roading I am over-building it to be stupid strong just in case. The cost...
Thoughts? Something new I have been working on this week. A simple solution to help carry extra fuel or water. The containers can be removed quickly to open the side doors. The mount does not cause any interference with the doors. I also have tracks on my back door so the mount can also be...

Yes, the MOLLE plate holes have an offset in the second from bottom row. I believe it has to do with some of their accessories, maybe the Jerry Can...
They started sending the new door design in April on random orders. They did not let many know that it was changing so several had to scramble to adjust their mounts to fit.
Yes, I did not think about your door being flipped changing the position of the channel. It would for sure need a custom panel to fit. Sounds like you have lots of thinking to do to get things polished.
So ... since I'm now starting to think about the "upper quadrants" of the door – the panel with the Redvision display, would this fit a new style door with extrusion as well? Do you know?
Yes, I just need to tweak the hole pattern slightly to match the offset of the extrusion track. I could do...
Luckily the new AC Shower Cube now has a roll out/velcro top. You can even buy the new fabric kit with the roof (which I have) but it requires drilling out all of the rivets to install the new one so I have not changed it yet.
Has anyone done so or thought of adding a spray-on insulation? I saw a video of an Alu-Cab overseas a few months ago, the couple sprayed a similar coating inside like this. It looked good just curious of how well it would help. The video these guys have is impressive protecting against heat...
