Just finished the Readylift 4" lift. It has 37's now, but about to put 38" Falken Wildpeak RT's on it with bronze wheels. . Nothing special about mine, but just wanted to post a couple of pictures.

I have the "premium" system with the sub. Is it worth the time and effort to just replace the stock speakers? Will it really be a difference? If I do it, should I go to 6.5" in the sound bar, or will good speakers the same size as stock sound better?

I am about to put a 3/4" spacer on a 2 inch lift to level my truck. Is that enough to need an adjustable trackbar and control arm relocation brackets. I know that it's needed for 3.5 inch lifts. I just want to keep everything good under the front. Would the relocation brackets cause a problem...

I have -12 offset. These are 37x12.50-17 on a 17x9 wheel

Yes. The dealer had installed a 2.5" Readylift kit, Smittybilt bumper and winch, 17x9 KMC wheels and 37x12.5-17 tires. Gave me the Hypertech calibrator they used to reprogram for the tire size. I ended up getting the money knocked off for all of it.
