I installed these on my 2020 JT when I got the Mopar winch plate for the Mopar steel bumper.
These extensions come were part of the Mopar winch plate kit.
They contain larger-than-standard crush cans come and account for the extra distance of the fairlead and (in my case) the Factor55...
@JWM PLAYS First off, looks AMAZING!
A (kinda) technical question: How did you go about choosing those products? Is there anything in particular about the Gladiator that makes them a good fit for the task?
It would be interesting to get your thoughts on what you like about the stuff...
Like @jeep1 , I went with the Artec full aluminum skid. I installed that before a Moab trip in the spring. After we got back, I crawled underneath and was glad that I had done so.
One thing about the Artec, depending on your year/build, you may need some exhaust tweaks to get clearance on the...
Cool. Makes total sense. Approximately similar design to the Artec. Although I think that the NVM outboard bracket (the bigger one, assuming that's the outboard) has an extra triangular part. Probably a notch stiffer as a result.
(Mutters, "wonder why didn't they put that in the diagram??"...
Excellent... that one looks great. Just outta curiosity, how does that attach in the rear of the gas tank? I couldn't tell by looking at the diagrams. The Artec has a pair of brackets - each about 8" - that attach the rear gas tank skid to the JT.
Heh, I had almost tagged @ShadowsPapa in the my post to this thread because he's exactly the sort of poster who I would have expected to know the terminology for this. :)
And yeah, these kind of bolts are all over our Jeeps (and garages). And you really appreciate how nice and easy they are...
I had to do this recently when installing the Artec aluminum skid system. It was one of the toughest parts of the job.
I don’t recall doing anything special for getting the bolt out. Just a ton of penetrating oil and letting it sit overnight. And then grunting and banged knuckles. I didn’t...
From the videos, I've watched, installation looks like a Real Joy. Any trimming or knife work required on yours? Or just a bunch of wrangling? (And of course, just the challenge of having the right socket to get the seats out)
Well, I probably could. That is, I kept the boxes from my new lift. So it's mostly a matter of re-packing and the actual shipping. And then there's the cost, which you'd need to pick up. (Sorry)
It's either 3 or 5 boxes, depending on the shocks going going solo or two-per box. The box...

For what it's worth: after I wrapped up the Artec install on my 2020 JTR, I had the same issue with clearance as described above. While I contemplated the "head and compress" option (pictured above) I preferred the "cut out Âľ" option (as described by @zuki_dan above). But I'm sufficiently...
I didn’t come across any that didn’t use some form of rail.
I will note that BuiltRight offers their own rail, which is kinda like the Mopar Trail Rail, but a tad different.
Hilarious... updated literally an hour after I posted.
Interesting that this happens after The Drive picks this up (which has a pretty broad readership and was likely getting a lot of traffic today after Tesla did that thing putting video games in the front seat, lol).
An observant reader...

Cool idea to mount the e-track! Sounds like you did a super-beefy version of the molle nuts that Builtright sells

If you have a close-up picture of the e-track mount, that would be...
