Iām that guy. But Iām am pu**y when it comes to wind chill. If itās below 65, my doors go back on. Made that mistake once and rode home with the heat on full blast. Lol.
Iām constantly adjusting steering. Iām always amazed at how well my wifeās odyssey and daughters civic stay in a straight line. Itās like having lane assist but not really lol. I may have to talk to my dealer about this.
So I took it off yesterday and the worst part was setting it down and trying not to scratch the bottom corners. Was too hard to try and line them up lol. Good to know I can do it by myself in a pinch though!
That sounds like a decent method. Iād just look for maybe a bucket or small step to exit the bed. Would hate to tell ppl I blew an acl taking my top off lol.
Iāve neglected to fill up the tank and got a Uconnect alert that said āyour fun level is less than an 1/8.ā Made me chuckle. I wonder what it says when I run out of gas. Lol
This is what it does for me too. I just used the word āparkā lazily lol. Technically the gear selector flashes like you said. It definitely brought me to an abrupt halt though.
So I was backing out of a parking spot and the Jeep slams into park all of the sudden. I seriously thought I hit something. I look down to see that the door sensor was lit up saying my drivers side door was open. Pissed me off to put it nicely. This got me wondering...what if I was driving...
Took my TW200 over to the broās before heading to ride some trails. I turned around to see this. Those chickens love the gladiator. One time I went over there with the front doors off and they jumped in the cab when I walked away. At least they refrained from crapping while they were on it.
While I wonāt disagree that it would be nice to have a higher payload on the overland, I have to disagree on the useful part.
You can do soooo much with a truck bed that doesnāt require a large payload. Iāve used it for firewood, dirtbikes, tires, kids softball equipment, drive in theater ...
Picked up a couple dirt bikes with the bro and did some riding. Loaded it up in the Jeep to bring her on home. I just backed it right up to the hill and rolled it off. Easy peasy lol.
I have them on mine. They fit fine. They are all one length, so your top hinge pins will come through the bottom more. I posted pics earlier in the thread of these.
