I had no issue installing mine or my buddies on his 2019 JLU as far as the holes lining up. I bought shorter bolts for my Fairlead because it looked close and instead of having it rub I went to Lowe's and got slightly shorter ones for like $1.50. My buddy bought And smaller cheaper winch off...
I had one on my Gladiator as well and it did great for the 4 years I owned it. Also had a Harbor freight winch on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler JKU. Both are still going strong for both owners now. In 2020 I picked my Badlands 12,000lb winch up for $390 out the door. Man they have went up since then.
I towed a 4000lb camper and a 6000lb camper with max tow I use to own and could get between 200 and 220 miles out of it depending on how I drove it towing either one. That was with stock 4:10 gears and on 37's. If I had smaller tires I could of probably gotten about 60 more miles of driving out...
I ran 37's on mine with a Rubicon Suspension And 2.5 inch Readylift SST lift kit on it. I averaged about 17.2 mpg on mine on the 37's. Wish I still had it but I had to sell it to accommodate life changes and pull a larger camper. I'll have another one hopefully one day.
They are a good tire. I ran them on my JKU and on my JT in a 37 12.5 17. I thought they did better than a BFG in the Rain. My only gripe with them is they get a little loud around the 30,000 mile mark but if you do a 4 tire rotation and rotate them at every oil change/9000 miles you should get...
I agree, that's a 1.5 to 2 hour job for a shop with a lift. Basically you would be paying roughly $650 an hour for labor. Most shops in my area charge $150 to $200 an hour. I had a 3.5 inch Readylift spacer lift installed on my 2024 Ram Rebel which is a tougher install than a Jeep Gladiator and...
I had mine on for 4 years and it was a great lift and ran 37's 3 of those 4 years. No regrets. Even towed a 4000lb camper and 6000lb camper with mine. Dang how times have changed. I only paid $850 out the door with an alignment, the kit and the install in 2020. I'd put it on my self if someone...
NINGBO in China manufacturer the Badland winches and always have. I've owned 2 in the past 15 years and they are definitely better that the Amazon winches that I've seen other people using on trails. Especially the Apex version I had on my Gladiator. It was as good as the Warn winches that were...
Got 2.5% on my recent 2024 Ram Rebel purchase through my credit union. Insurance went up $21 a month with full coverage with a $500 deductible. I got a 2023 Tesla model Y, 2024 Ram Rebel, 2013 BMW 328I and a 2024 Grand Design 235BH camper through Geico Nd its $227 a month for insurance
One more post. Lifted it 3-1/2 inches and put on 1.5 inch wheel spacers to push the 33's out some. Also added mud guards and a hard fold bed cover and in channel rain guards. Other than buffet tires eventually I think I'm done.
I'll still be around lurking. I'm a jeep guy at heart, been driving them since High School. Plus I'm a fan of the community and have made some good friends over the years. I might not be able to take the ram rock crawling but I can still get it down some trails I know off, just don't let the...
I'm at 28 yrs last month myself, we know our boundaries plus in her defense she has sacrificed a lot more than I have in those 28 yrs and been a lot less selfish with letting me get my way. Eventually I'll have another Jeep in the driveway.
I don't do nothing technically challenging anymore. I'll have another jeep for that again but for now I'm gonna enjoy towing in comfort and riding in comfort. I never bought the Gladiator for comfort and really didn't think it was an uncomfortable ride but try telling that to the wife and...
