  1. Rear fender chop cover

Even though we have a JLUR, I wanted to be able to rock crawl this one too. My spare in in the bed with and between the bumper and the spare I gained about 7" in the rear, departure angle is now similar to the JLUR.
  2. Rear fender chop cover

I did that same mod to mine and installed the EVO High N Tight bumper. Cut along the body lines and take your time. If you watched the video, the muffler will be the lowest point. Mine is a diesel and we just cut the exhaust near the axle as noted in the last picture.
  3. Who does their own mounting/balancing at home and what is your setup?

I have beadlock wheels on the Jeeps and you can hand mounted them in your garage with a little effort. I threw in a bag of balance beads and everything has been fine. Last ones I did were on my wife's JLUR and we are running Dirty Life beadlock wheels and AMP 37" tires. Also, I am a rep for...
  4. Strong, intermittent vibration that starts at 65MPH

For what it's worth, I installed the FOX Factory Race Series 2.0 ATS Stablilizer on both my '21 JTRD and my wife's '18 JLUR. It was a great improvement on both.
  5. Guys with 37s on stock rims with a diesel

I am running 34 cold on mine on road, 12 off-road. I have the Milestar Patagonia M/T-02s and was told by a factory rep that they are designed to have a crown on the tire. That being said, the pressure depends on what tire you are running. I generally run through some water on the driveway and...
  6. Shifting from 4 Hi to 4 Lo by Itself

I was not going very fast at all as we were on a trail. I don't understand this either, but it is happening. I will try to do a drive video before I take it in to show what is happening.
  7. Shifting from 4 Hi to 4 Lo by Itself

No pinched or pulled wires or bent linkage that I can see...thanks for the suggestion.
  8. Shifting from 4 Hi to 4 Lo by Itself

Before I take it in on Monday I need to get this up on my lift today to make sure I didn't bend any off the linkage for the transfer case. We were not wheeling in anything difficult, mostly sand, but there is always a chance a rock or something may have gotten wedged between the skid plates and...
  9. New EcoDiesel Gladiator

Yes, I posted the instructions in the past, and here they are again. My tech did this in a few hours from the time I dropped it off. I was concerned because they just did the pump and not the lines, injectors, etc. I asked for a photo of the pump to see whether there was any metal but the tech...
  10. Shifting from 4 Hi to 4 Lo by Itself

It was REALLY in 4 Lo, occurs while in gear. No grinding, and I believe the dash indicator showed N (Neutral), it didn't indicate 4 Lo. I have had several Wranglers and two Gladiators and never had anything like this occur. I have to assume it is electrical as the transfer case selector was...
  11. Shifting from 4 Hi to 4 Lo by Itself

I flat towed it out there before I knew of this issue. My son drove it home as there was, and still does not appear to be an issue, when driving in 2 Hi.
  12. Shifting from 4 Hi to 4 Lo by Itself

Yes, it went from 4 Hi to 4 Lo without any movement of the transfer case selector.
  13. Shifting from 4 Hi to 4 Lo by Itself

I was out on a couple trails a few weeks ago and put the Gladiator in 4 Hi so I could disconnect the sway bar to get a better ride (I have a JTRD). I shifted the transfer case from 2 Hi to 4 Hi and after less than a minute, the Jeep shifted to 4 Lo by itself. The transfer case selector is still...
  14. ARB or Viair

I have 37x12.50x17s that I fill. It currently takes about 3 minutes to fill the tank and about 4 minutes per tire individually. I will make a hose set that will fill all four at one time (have all the tubing and connectors but didn't get finished before KOH this year). I will likely order a...
  15. ARB or Viair

I added the ViAir 10007 system to my JTRD recently. I purchased the 813 Fabrication bracket for a behind the seat mount, then decided to mount everything in the bed to a Body Armor Front Molle Panel. I still utilized the 813 Fab mount, just on the molle panel outside vs. inside. Here is a photo...
  16. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Over the weekend we installed the Evo High N Tight Rear Bumper to improve the departure angle. Also removed the rear bed protectors and modified the bed and fenders so it is just above the frame for additional clearance. Have a little detail work to do on the bed cut. The spare will be relocated...
  17. What did you do TO your Gladiator today? [ADMIN WARNING: NO POLITICS]

Added the Body Armor Front Bed Molle Panel and ViAir 2.5 gallon air tank.
  18. Florida 2021 JTR Hydro Blue, 40s, 5.38s, 32k miles

ALT2870 makes a good point with resale and mods, you seldom get your money back. Add to that the fact you are running 40s on stock axles, and Gladiators have been 15% off from Jeep for several months, and the market continues to diminish. I have a '21 JTRD CPO with 42K miles that I was...
  19. Florida 2021 JTR Hydro Blue, 40s, 5.38s, 32k miles

Are you still on the stock axles, just new gears?
  20. What can we do for you?

Benny, I wrote you back in October and you told me to check back with you in December. Are the new Bilstein reservoir shocks available for purchase separately from the Mopar lift kits? I have a '21 JTRD, and I believe the part numbers are 68605887AA (LF), 68640759AA (RF), and 68605888AA...
