  1. Transfer Case Replace and Clunk

Clunks are back. Was way better after flashing, but they are back again
  2. Transfer Case Replace and Clunk

No. Never figured it out. It feels like it’s my rear spring. It really hasnt gotten any worse. So, I just turn the radio up at this point. My next check was going to be to remove the springs to make sure the isolators are on correctly. But, springs are the only thing left I can think of.
  3. Transfer Case Replace and Clunk

Jeep flashed and upgraded my TCM software. Clunks are 90% better. So, if you’re having hard clunks when putting into reverse after startup, coming to a stop on a down shift, I’d definitely start with this cheapest option.
  4. Transfer Case Mounting?

What noise are you hearing? They replaced my tc as well and I am now getting vibrations and if I put it in 4hi around 35mph it vibrates really bad and I have the loud mechanical hum, like the chain is rubbing something. Wondering if angle is off as well. My caster from my Adams shaft and...
  5. Transfer case mounting nuts

Thanks so much. I looked everywhere on mopar to try and find it but guess I was looking in the wrong place. Wanted to make sure they put the right nut for on
  6. Transfer case mounting nuts

For sure. I sent the video to the service manager so they know about it. Just want the part number to make sure they don’t just put some random nut on it that’s lying around the shop
  7. Transfer case mounting nuts

Got my transfer case replaced. Noticed lots of vibration while driving. Looked under and noticed one mounting nut was missing and another was loose. Thanks @JeepCares for having competent dealer mechanics. Anyway, what size nuts or part number are these?
  8. Currie Extreme 60’s whining noise

I have a friend at Exodus 4x4 right now. They put a 1 ton axle on there and the gears failed immediately. They called currie and currie said that they were having issues with yukon's and motive gears. So, exodus put in Revolutions instead
  9. KNOWN ISSUE? Rear end clunking on take off and switching into reverse (2020 JTR-automatic)

Yeah, all that's been checked. The clunk was happening from stock, though.
  10. KNOWN ISSUE? Rear end clunking on take off and switching into reverse (2020 JTR-automatic)

What doesn't make sense is if they are all built with the same ELD made by GKN, you should have every single jeep should make that noise. Do the JL rubicon's have the same ELD from GKN? I've driven a friends JL to see if it does it, and it's smooth as butter on it's automatic down shifts.
  11. Transfer Case Replace and Clunk

Thanks for the update. The issue I'm having now is a grinding sound while coming to a stop. I did put in a new Adam's driveshaft and thinking they possibly didn't tighten the yoke down good enough. I'm fine with not worrying about the Clunk as well. Just annoying when I drive friends JL's and...
  12. Transfer Case Replace and Clunk

Did you get yours fixed? Transfer case didn’t fix anything.
  13. Transfer Case Replace and Clunk

What’s the fix if it’s pinion related? New gears? Or is it a simple tightening of a bolt or something?
  14. Transfer Case Replace and Clunk

No. I don’t think they’ve nailed it down. But, I’m all for a new transfer case if they want to give me one. Yeah, definitely feels like it’s either transmission related or gear related. Who knows.
  15. Transfer Case Replace and Clunk

I've seen posts somewhat mention this. But, ever since I"ve had the gladiator it will buck a little bit when down shifting and make a clunk. Sounds like slack in the transmission or transfer case. I installed a new Adam's drive shaft thinking that would help, but it didn't. I've now started...
  16. Headlight fuse or wire

Found it! I'ts the Brown and White white wire you see hanging low. That allows the back light on the LP6 to remain on when the headlights are on. In the daytime, they will be off
  17. Headlight fuse or wire

I’m trying to install my LP6 back light into either my lowbeaM fuse or directly Into the wire. I have no clue where either are. I’ve looked everywhere. Any pictures or help would be so appreciative.
