My Glad was changed the fuel filling tube wile in warraty and stop the issue for 24-30 months, so it started the same spilling / overflowing. So out of warranty I changed again the fuel filling tube like 16 months ago, and lately it started to do the same in 50% the time I fill it up.

They are popping all over the paint in my 2020. As of today my claim has not being approved or denied since November or December 2024.'So NO luck on my side. I own several cars and have owned a lot and never had an issue like this. It started on the tailgate but now I have them in the bed sides...

My truck is at Hollywood Jeep Chrysler in Florida, it has been there for more than a month but allegedly Jeep is goin to fix everything it is supposed to be ready in two weeks. I will report back results.

My JT has this also almost everywhere. It’s at the dealer waiting for Jeep to approve or deny the claim. anyone had Jeep fix this issue?

Talked to my “dealer technician” and told me Filler Pipe is the factory remedy for this issue.

So there’s no definitive remedy….

Even with no CEL? and of course before it was having the issue 100% it became increasing by time the JT has 39,000 miles now.

Here 2020 Launch edition, in the last 6 months or so the fuel spill/overflow in each and all of the fuel ups. And this happens at different gas stations so it’s a Jeep problem not a gas station problem. Any solutions?
