I received my lights and installed on Friday, without any major issues...I'm running a Sport S that came with halogens, but I swapped out the bulbs for LEDs and have the Tazer.
Since I have the Tazer and set to LED, I did not use the resistor, and these lights seem to be running fine at this...
Obviously I don't know for sure, as like you I'm waiting on my lights to arrive, but my interpretation of the install video is to use the supplied resistor if you don't have a programmer and/or don't have factory LED taillights. If a person has either factory LEDs, or they have a programmer to...
Oracle/Rachel - I was being facetious...my apologies...satire can be difficult to interpret/get across thru forums.
I think (hope) we all understand it can take a day or two to update tracking information after the labels are created for shipments. Just looking forward to eventually receiving...
It's a never ending waiting game for these lights...they even have USPS in on it...now these emails are going out, and I have to keep refreshing until my tracking number updates to something other than "Label Created, not yet in system"...WHAT A JOKE!!!
Slight misunderstanding...I was speaking about the discount available thru Quadratec for forum members - not attempting/claiming to use an Oracle specific code at another vendor.
Strictly letting others know they are available for purchase thru other sources for similar pricing...and I'm...
OR, you could go thru Quadratec, use the forum discount, and get them cheaper than the pre-order cost...and potentially have them within a few weeks of the initial shipment...??‍♂️
Rachel - I understand the most recent issues with the hurricane and safety of employees, so please don't mis-interpret my comment as not believing that is very important for people/Oracle.
Having said that, being in a manufacturing environment (albeit with USA made products at our own...
I figured I'd drop my thoughts in here, based on being in this scenario...I've been asked by several "brands" to use photos on their pages, that I've posted to my social media - and it's essentially the same "cover all bases" request on their part - to request use of the image across all...
I went with Bushwacker Flat Flares (on my Sport S Max Tow - "wide" axles)...running rubicon springs up front and a 1" leveling block, on 35" tires. Have all kinds of room, and likely wouldn't have any issues with 37"s rubbing under full flex (based on these wheels and amount of gap with my...
Appreciate the feedback/response Rachel, will look forward to the pending video...and as a side note, I don't have any plans of cancelling my (pre) order, been looking forward to this option for quite some time!
Already placed my order, but now am slightly concerned based on a picture posted in the other "Flush Mount Light" forum post...
Can you (@ORACLElights) confirm the brake vs running vs turn signal light set-up? The concern stems from the minimal amount of brake light coverage/illumination...
Thanks!
The Flex Era 3s are nice little lights...for the size of them, they put out a decent beam/pattern (I am running them as spots). I had not had the opportunity to see them in person prior to ordering - but I feel the advantage is they are more unique in their size/orientation/look (a...
The new projector did fix my issue with the Super7s. One of the actuators was sticking so it wasn't switching from low to high...swapped it out and haven't had a problem since. I can't comment on issues with being dim or flickering, as I haven't had any problems such as that...hopefully you...
Haven't posted any pictures in quite a while...and have done a few upgrades along with a trip from WI to ID, and back.
Added KC Hilites Flex Era 3 lights, and moved the Slimlite LEDs to the bumper with the Flex 3s.
Resolved the high beam issue with Headlight Revolution (they were good to work...
