I shut off hill start assist... made a huge difference in clutch feel and stalling in reverse. Much less having to slip to back up hill.
After breakin of just under 3000 miles , and turning off the assist, I have no issues.
I'm pretty sure i could tell if my clutch was 2000 F.... not...
I wouldn"t... but i have a 1995 d-90 that i have had since 1997. The gladiator is close to what rover should have marketed themselves in the US. They will screw up the new defender... not doubt.... think ford Flex with a 2" lift.
I would actually consider trading off my 90 for another Gladiator.
