I have that and I’ve run 4 oil changes with analysis on all of them, there’s no difference. Less hard carbon spot in the intake but we have high pressure EGT in these which is cleaner as is.
Running a stage 2 tune does jack diddly for the oil no matter how it’s been sold.
Yes it does. Unfortunately to fit the gcon I installed some spacers to space the seat up. So it ends up lifted no matter what. Someone needs to make a dual port 4x 8” forward firing. My back seats for the dogs so it’s fine.
I have a fox acoustic ported box with a ssa gcon 10” and a fosgate 750w rms amp. It was a solid setup. Install was easy pull a 4 gauge from battery to box and mount the amp to the side of the box. Then use high level from the passenger b pillar using some positions.
I upgraded to the dual 10”...
I wired mine. Why? You don’t need an unfused 2awg or 0 awg running to your front bumper full time. If you have an accident it will short and catch fire.
gets super hot under the hood when these things overheat. It’s been documented on here. Trim the flap back to allow more air in and prevent it from sagging.
I’ve been using r99 76 renewable almost exclusively since new I’m not at 37k miles 0 issues. Fuel filters look clean and no metal in anything. Use it.
I have them and love them on the diesel with metal cloak lift.
Mine are diesel specific and valves stiffer which makes them work perfect with a softer set of springs.
In the softest setting they are firmer than the stock shocks or metal cloak rocksport shocks but have significantly more...
The flap can sag and block the inlet. I have a completely open airbox under the hood and the intake temps are same as stock. Why? You have a 2000 degree turbine turning your 90 degree air into 400. 20 degrees on the inlet temp does nothing until we have larger intercooler available
I’ve put 37k on mine with no derating or limp mode. I watch the temps but have never hit the limit and I drive fast up the sierras all summer. I have seen 255
as I’ve stated before: remove ALL engine coverings remove all hood seals and foam blocks. That step 1 and costs 0$.
then add a hood...
Also consider with stock tires it likely would not occur so you have no leg to stand on as it’s not defective it’s doing what it’s programmed to do.
