The system sounds normal. It is supposed to analyze the load/conditions and turn on/off accordingly. Doesn’t sound like there is an issue (yet) based on what you describe.

considering I’ve lit their asses on fire on FB and IG, not sure they care about being roasted online. Still haven’t heard anything other than “we can’t put the windows up given the battery is out”. Didn’t someone say there is a way to do this?
I really don’t want to get my insurance company involved. Seems that only hurts me with higher rates and deductible. They need to fix this. They screwed it up.
In my opinion they need to warranty the vehicle for anything electrical for as long as I own it.
