Put the 35s on a couple weekends ago. And then today I installed the fish bone off-road front 3/4 inch spacers.
No spacers:
After spacers:
Kinda crappy angles in those pics, my parking pad is sloped weird. But the spacer helped out a bit. I didn’t have any running issues, but the rake was way...
Nope. Zero regrets. I wanted the towing capacity, though I’ll probably never come close to the max (I have 1 ton trucks at work I can use if need be). I have a 2 door jk that’s built up as my crawler with 4.88s and arb air lockers and all the other goodies.
I wanted the truck for a comfortable...
Nope. Soft top only on my wife’s jk and mine as well. They just flipped the motion to activate the wipers for just one swipe. Annoying, but not a big deal. Just a head scratcher why they would change it up.
I hate that to activate the wipers to clear the mist off the windshield, you push up. It is push down on the JKs. I’m keeping my JK, and my wife isn’t getting rid of hers anytime soon so it’s especially frustrating. My JK doesn’t have a top of doors from April - October and I don’t drive it...
I’m about an hour and a half from SOR in Pittsburgh. I’ve been there quite a few times, but only in my jk. The JT is my dd for right now, and the jk is my wheeling toy. So I’m hoping to be there in June, but not in the gladiator.
I’ve got a 2007 jk with 2.5” rock krawler lift, 35” stt pros, 4.88s, arb air lockers front rear, full skids, rock hard cage, the works. And my wife has a 2017 jk that’s mostly stock for now.
And then my brother, dad, mom, uncle, aunt, and other aunt all have jeeps. JLU, JKR, grand Cherokee...
When my wife and I go anywhere the gladiator is the truck, my JK is my Jeep, and her JK is her Jeep. My gladiator and jk are both red, so she gets mad when I say we’ll take the red one.
