Does anyone else’s do this?
Had the TSB done in October 20. It’s been back 2 times since then… one oil change and another to address the pulling to the right… and well a hissing noise coming from the steering column. They couldn’t reproduce the hissing noise. “ because they weren’t smart enough...
I went through the same troubleshooting steps ( removing after market stabilizer back to stock) only to have the same results as you. ( put the aftermarket back on)
I did notice the other day while sitting parked that when I move the steering wheel slowly left and right there is a slight hiss...
I still have a nasty pull to the right after the Clayton 2.5 Overland Plus Kit. I did have the steering gear replaced in October of 2020... Lift installed after the TSB. It's better but I noticed there is a "hiss" that is present when I turn the wheel. This can be heard inside the cab, it almost...
I took the fox stabilizer off and put the stock one back on, it still pulls right. I wish it were this simple.
I'm afraid its either caster related or its radial pull. a simple test for me by myself is to swap tires from left to right or front to back. I'll report back my findings.
I had the TSB completed before the lift. I didnt want to to hear it from the dealer. Last night I put my stock stabilizer back on. Still pulls to the right... Not a drift as you'd expect, its a lane change as before. So I can rule out the stabilizer.

Clayton Offroad 2.5 Overland Plus
2.0 Fox Shocks and the Fox Stabilizer (model IFP98524173)
After alignment the truck still pulls right. although, the ending caster on the report was Left side was at 4.3 degrees and Right was 4.1.
The installer...
I finally got around to taking the fox stabilizer off and put the stock one back on. It still pulls right. back to the drawing board. I guess I can try swapping the front tires to see id that resolves it.
I have been troubleshooting this very same thing. I just installed a Clayton OffRoad 2.5 Overland Plus kit, Fox shocks and a Fox Stabilizer. Alignment within Spec. except fo the caster. currently at 4.3ish. My feeling its the stabilizer causing the pull to the right in my case. Read somewhere...
Yes Christmas in September...
I went to install my wheel spacers on Sunday and pulled out my torque to find that it only goes to 80ft\lbs... So given that we are a 2 jeep family now, time to buys better one so I can have my lift party.
There was no shortage of stickers in my boxes when I received them... The might be a little beat of from shipping but man... there has to be 20 or more stickers in my kit. (2.5" Overland Plus kit= 7-boxes). Glad you got it worked out and hopefully dialed in.
