The tire on that side is wearing excessively on the inside very noticeably, so I do believe something is actually wrong. I should have included that in the first post.
I took my Jeep in for its routine oil change, tire rotation, and alignment recently. The drivers side front is about 1 degree off camber according to them.
Jeep has 17,000 miles, has a Rock Krawler 3 inch lift and 37s on proper off set black rhino wheels.

So, the Dealership doing my repair is telling me I have to take my bed cover off and remove all my tools from the bed.

Thanks for the input, it is actually completely rust free. My dad bought it almost brand new when he retired as his retirement toy and he's insanely protective of it and very anal about the care and upkeep.
