  1. Underhood fuel transfer valve and pump

You're right. Jerry can will do er. Except i don't gotta bring one.
  2. Underhood fuel transfer valve and pump

I was entertaining splicing into the fuel line under the hood and adding a tee/valve/electric fuel pump and a "barb" to use as a fuel source for atvs. Probably run off aux switch. Anybody done this? Any lessons learned?
  3. Alignment story

Just to clarify, not a testimony for dealers versus trusted local shops. I've also aligned dozens of vehicles with a tape measure. Just didn't think I needed to do that in 2020-2023 with vehicles from the factory. Moreso just to state my surprise on the whole topic. And yep, i didnt get the...
  4. Alignment story

Just wanted to share my story. Former 4 door wrangler owner and moved to gladiator in 2000. They both drove similarly. I thought it was just a jeep thing. I have a sport-S max tow and drove the original set off tires off of it. Upgraded to 33's. Noticed abnormal wear patterns in the...
  5. Rear taillight bulb type

Just FYSA, it is NOT 3157 as the parts stores say it is.
  6. VOIDED Factory Warranty after taking it through mud

This hit the national news feed I got it yesterday on AP. That sure ought to do something. I bet fomoco loves this!
  7. Sport or Sport S

Interesting story. I put my max tow Sport S into the MyMopar site by VIN. It is stating 8105 max tow and 1555 payload. Kinda seems steep on the tow and light on the payload published numbers I'm reading everywhere.
  8. Front hitch receiver

I just put the Curt one on. Bolted right up. The airdam (after cutting hole) wasn't "completely" happy but I put the heat gun on it really mildly and formed it a little. I feel over time it will probably mold itself even more.
  9. Tekonsha Brake Control Wiring Harness

I guess I should have looked at the comments on youtube guy's video. He had one initial error that never reappeared and the brake worked perfect even manually applying. He did in fact have the diode inline. Also the polarity and the resistance one-way are correct per other threads.
  10. Tekonsha Brake Control Wiring Harness

So I have the Redarc brake, and I received the TPH-020 cable from them, which is the one for the Dodge RAM. I can certainly swap the black and blue wires. I watched this guy on youtube install this exact cable, except he had that issue if he pushed the brake button manually the dash freaked...
  11. Tekonsha Brake Control Wiring Harness

Thanks I'll try that. Let me tell you the struggle is real. Dales Superstore sold out - cancelled order. Told me whole inventory went to Camper World. Camper World nothing listed and none in internal inventory. I have two different vendors 3024-P on the way for the Ram to swap the wires...
  12. Tekonsha Brake Control Wiring Harness

Apparently the Tekonsha 3073-P adapter is out of stock everywhere on the planet. Etrailer has me at 2.5 months - put on order with Dale's Superstore and Reese Hitches today. Reese is out of stock. Somebody mentioned using a Dodge RAM adapter and swapping pins. Can I get details on which...
  13. Front hitch receiver

With everything going on I'm having a hard time sourcing a front hitch in time for outing. And by this I mean weeks. Searching seems to show me a Curt and Draw-Tite and there's a lot in this thread. Are these customized for Gladiator or are they generic models with maybe an extra hole...
  14. I didnt know this was a thing (ok not a mod, apparently we all already have it)

Back to original topic, I didn't get the locking box but I would pay good money if somebody would figure out an elegant way to lock the seats down. I think it's more room than the lock box and would provide decent security.
  15. Under rear seat without optional box

I wonder if anyone is going to come up with a simple mechanism to lock the rear seats in the down position. I don't have the locking box but if the seats could lock down somehow that would be nice added security for the under seat area.
