  1. Summer driving tunes

I got asked by some family members if I listen to anything on my way to work when I drive with the doors off. The commute includes some highway drive at 65+ mph and I said I do. No one believed, so...
  2. Where do you get your ducks?

Appreciate all the responses. I'll pass along your suggestions to my neighbor. ?
  3. Where do you get your ducks?

I added an edit for any suggestions that aren't Amazon. Hoping to find a US source vs unknown source.
  4. Where do you get your ducks?

For people/groups that duck other Jeep owners, what's a popular site you use to purchase ducks to give away? He wants to reward the brave Minnesota souls who go all out with topless/doors off before most people even consider driving around with just the windows down. Edit: I should have added...
  5. Aux Switches - Lasfit vs Voswitch

I'll add another vote for Voswitch. Was super easy to install and route the control cable into the cab.
  6. Anyone Here Running BFG 39x13.50 KM3's?

Per BFG site 39" KM3's run at 38.5" overall.
  7. Has anyone tapped into the camera input for the 7" Uconnect?

The cameras on the JT use a standard video signal so the output from a RPi would work. Following the thread so see how your project comes along.
  8. Car and Driver has posted a 10,000 mile update to their long term Gladiator review. Pretty negative

I had the same issue, but installed the Teraflex EF 2.2 Steering Stabilzer as part my lift kit and tire upgrade. The stabilizer has 3 settings to adjust the dampening. I keep mine on 'Firm' for daily drive/highway and calmed down the wander significantly. A little crappy I had to add something...
  9. Can I add the 35s without a lift on Willy's Edition?

Most of the confusion I see on what tires fit on a stock JT is most people don't include what they'll do with their JT on bigger tires. You want to drive to work, take the doors off in the summer and have a great looking Jeep - no problem. You want to take your JT and run some fire roads -...
  10. Weathertech Mud Flaps

This is post lift and new tires, but you can see the front mud flap protects the side and space between the fender and step/rock rail. With stock rims/tires, I got zero splash from the front wheels onto my JTO.
  11. Switch placement ideas

That's the switch I installed because I didn't want to spend $800-$900 for the dealer to install the Mopar Aux switches. The install was really easy. I was able to route the the controller wire into the cab by folding back the windshield, so the install didn't require going through the firewall.
  12. What wheel offset with aftermarket 17x9's and 35x12.5 KO2's on Overland North?

If you don't want to go the full lift path, an easy fix would be a 1.5" Teraflex spacer lift kit.
  13. What wheel offset with aftermarket 17x9's and 35x12.5 KO2's on Overland North?

I have Black Rhino Chambers (17x8.5 +18mm offset) on my JT Overland with 315 KO2's. A JT Overland could run 315 KO2's based on the +18mm offset and have no rubbing on the suspension, but I'd be concerned with the height of the tire rubbing on the front fender when the front suspension is under...
  14. This made my week!

I'm traveling from WI back home from a work road trip and was stopping to get gas. When I pulled into the gas station I saw a younger couple walking around a brand new black 2 door JL (still had temp plates). As I drove up I noticed the couple both give me the Jeep wave and I waved back. I got...

  16. Why you chose Mopar Lift vs 3rd Party?

Quick update: Mopar 2" lift has been installed. Put 35" KO2 on new 17" wheels. Lifted JTO drives better than stock. Appreciate all the feedback.
  17. Ranting and Raving!

This was I installed in my JTO after finding the same sticker shock from my local dealership. In hind sight I think I was lucky to not have gone with the OEM Aux switch. The VOswitch is going to be a better option because of switch placement and larger switch capacity.
  18. Shout out for all the recommendations...

For every forum member that suggested getting the extension harness for the Tazer Mini... THANK YOU! ?
  19. BLACK Gladiator JT Club

Have it and love it. This is my first Jeep and I've had a hard time getting a good view with the smaller mirrors compared to my previous GMC Sierra. I've learned to know when to do a double look based on the sensor when in highway traffic and has saved my butt twice from nearly hitting a small...
  20. Jeep worthy 35's that are quiet on Hwy

I'll 2nd this choice. Just put 35 KO2's on this week and they're quieter than the OEM AT's that were on my JT when I bought it.
