  3. 2021 GLADIATOR SPORT LIFT ALIGNMENT SPECS

At 3.5 inches your front driveshaft pinion angle will be really bad. Adjustable control arms will allow you to really dial in your caster and pinion angle. If your going 3.5 inches your going to want to be at 5.5-6 degrees of caster. Believe me. Nobody is trying to sell u something you don’t...
  4. 2021 GLADIATOR SPORT LIFT ALIGNMENT SPECS

Get adjustable control arms not fixed. 3.5 inches is way to high without adjustable intros arms. That’s to much lift for 33s. Look at the Clayton off road JT ride right. U only need 2.5 for the 35s on a sport.

  6. New gearbox and Synergy steering brace?? Anyone using both???

Please let us know what you think. Do you think if we are having issues this early in the game what do you think these parts will feel like at 50,000 miles. And to think I traded in a cherry of a JK. Man if I could turn back the clock.

  9. Death Wobble Just Started

Are u using an angle finder to set you caster. With that lift you are definitely going to have to adjust and tweak front and rear pinion angles, caster, thrust angle while truck is on the alignment rack using computer. Those numbers that Clayton sends are starting points. Those are not where...
  10. Death Wobble Just Started

I have the exact same setup. Only difference is synergy steering brace. My caster is set 5.3 and 5.7. Did you buy the overland kit with all 8 arms front and track bars.
  11. Alignment Help

I second that motion. Combining the 2 kits may be a factor. Your caster looks a bit high. My recommendation is to bring the caster to 6 degrees. Track bars to center your axles too.
  12. TexasTJ's Gobi Gladiator Rubicon

How did you do that to the 2x6 in the back. That looks great. I bet you could sell those to hang in garage. I would grab one.
  13. Clayton Off Road JT Suspension Systems

No. I live in Florida it’s very flat here. If I ever find that I am not getting the articulation I need I will swap out for longer shock. I know the guy on YouTube from JK Gear and Gadgets installed the 4.5-6 inch on his gladiator with the Clayton kit without any issues.
  14. Clayton Off Road JT Suspension Systems

I have the Clayton 3.5 overland kit and I bout the fox 2.0 for the 3.5- 4 but I think you can even use the 4.5-6 inch lift fox shocks too.
  15. Awful time deciding! 35 vs 37! Help!

F man there is no need to stress like that. It’s nothing to lose sleep over. There won’t be that much of a difference in night from the 2. The mopar lift with 37s and defeat and you will be very happy. U can drive it with the 37s until your regear u just won’t be setting any land speed records...
  16. A different kind of lift question/quandary...

The Clayton off-road 2.5 inch overland kit will do everything you need and then some. They will take care of you.
  17. Metalcloak lift

You should checkout a local shop in your area. I ended up getting 1350 for the price of a 1310. Put the money back into your community pocket. Just my opinion. I got front and rear 1350 installed for 1300 bucks.
  18. Help Dialing In Rubicon with Mopar Lift and 37s

You are right on point. He should not have any issues with a 2 inch lift. TSB then alignment. 5.5 to 6 degrees of caster make sure your thrust angle is on point as well. I have a Clayton 3.5 inch lift all 8 arms as well and just replaced both drive shafts. Just waiting for gear box to come in...
