Thanks guys, my owners manual sucked for this and when i grabbed the keys when i bought it, i ran. Once i got the feature name, there was a bunch of info info.
Ok, it is called 'Selec Speed Control' and is only appears to be discussed in the instrument panel light section of the hard copy of the owners manual.
I can't find this in my hard copy of the owners manual but what I found it referred to as is 'selec speed control' which just appears to be crawl mode in 4L.
