The site shows me $195 + tax + shipping equaling about $235 to me.
So I am knocking $50 off that and selling for less than their listed price.
If I had to ship it then the numbers don't work so well....but that is why I am focused on a local exchange...

If you do involve insurance, you can make a claim against their insurance (or even your own, I think) for "diminished value" (I think that's the term).
One of those things that the insurance folks forget to bring up when you are making claims.
