Yeah,I love everything about this vehicle except the garbage steering. Wife and son both won’t drive it. I may try the steering box tightening fix if all else fails,gotta try the dealer and Jeep first.

Just installed this one the other day. Nicely made and fits pretty good.

I’ve had my new 2020 3 weeks now. It’s honestly the worst steering I’ve even encountered on a vehicle in 40 yrs of driving. I’ve made an appointment to get the dealer to look at it,but I’m guessing they won’t fix anything. Just for reference,I have atleast 5 degrees if free play.
