Makes sense. I don't have a tonneau cover so I may have to figure something else out. I can't imagine it would last with getting rained and snowed on all winter. Maybe some kind of waterproof cover would work.
I initially bought the Metalcloak Overland sliders but had issues with them. With the large step they flexed up into the body when used heavily. I used them to pivot around some large boulders and had a lot of weight sitting on them.
I reached out to Metalcloak about this because I didn't...
I tried to buy the ARB sliders through Northridge 4x4 a couple of months ago and they were out of stock with no ETA on being available. Not sure if that's still the case but I needed something before doing the Rubicon so I had to go another route.
Method bead grip is awesome, I bought mine in 2020 and love them.
I had a slow leak when under 10 PSI from some crap that was stuck in the bead. That tire went completely flat when I was out snow wheeling and I drove it for a mile not realizing and didn't lose the bead. I had Discount Tire...

I have a small amount of bowing but I'm still using the stock bottom isolators. Is your front track bar adjusted properly so that your axle is centered side to side?
I'm running the MC True Dual 3.5 lift with the Rocksport shocks and the same wheels and tires. It performs great off road, plenty of articulation and rides really smooth. I have a YJ and had a JKU and this thing soaks up the bumps better than anything I've ridden in. The only change I'm planning...
What is the measurement from the floor of the bed to the bottom of the Bak Revolver X4? I'm curious how much space there is for a fridge and fridge slide underneath.
That's on a Rubicon and the front fenders are higher than the rear. With the rake on stock suspension the fenders are actually the same height from the ground but the rest of the truck is raked forward. It's kind of odd that they designed the front fenders to be that much higher (2") than the rear.
These are the measurements I took before and after. I've been looking at the gap between the tire and fender. From my measurements (if you subtract 2" from going from 33s to 37s) the rear only got lifted about an inch and the front was lifted 2.75". The Metalcloak kit levels the truck out but...
I'm running the 3.5" MC lift and want to throw a spacer in the rear because it looks squatty to me. I'm leaning towards a 1.5 inch spacer. Here's some pics. It's on 37" KO2s.
I went out on an easy trail with the stock front driveshaft and didn't do much drooping on the front driver's tire and still managed to tear the boot and put some dents in the metal part of the joint at the transfer case. The trail I went on was basically a dirt road with some small areas washed...
