  1. My Gladiator is the most polarizing vehicle I’ve ever owned.

My JT is the 5th Jeep I have owned and with the others I would get positive comments from time to time but nothing like the reactions the Gladiator gets. I live in San Francisco which as you can probably imagine is not a truck town. However, the first day I bought the truck I was showing it to...
  2. Rear locker engaging automatically in 2H

Yes, it finally was replaced after 30 days at the dealership and I have the truck back now. Fingers crossed it is not a problem again in the future. I did not need a rental car so Jeep agreed to give me a hard tri-fold tonneau cover. I already had the soft cover but it was not in good shape.
  3. Gladiator is Highest Ranked in JD Power Initial Quality for 2021 Midsize Pickups

I am on my 4th Jeep, 82 CJ, 88 XJ, 17 JKU Rubicon and now the 20 JT Rubicon. They have all been reliable with very few issues until the JT. The latest issue with the JT required the rear axle to be replaced and due to parts shortages I was without the car for 30 days. Crossing my fingers that...
  4. Rear locker engaging automatically in 2H

I would take it to the dealership, if you go through the posts you will see that it often starts with the light flashing from time to time but eventually the light will be solid and you will get a service axle message. With mine they tried to replace the sensor but that did not clear the problem...
  5. Rear locker engaging automatically in 2H

Mine has now been at the dealership for almost 2 weeks. They replaced the sensor alone and that did not solve the problem. They are now going to replace the entire rear-end but apparently the parts are not available and it could be up to 45 days.
  6. Rear locker engaging automatically in 2H

Same issue for me while towing my off-road trailer. Initially the rear locker light was flashing and I could hit the disengage button and it would go away but eventually the locker showed on the dash as engaged and pressing the button did not work. I know have a message to service the rear...
  7. Too good to be true deals or dealer price gouging?

Three weeks ago, I picked up a Launch Edition for around 7% below invoice from Stevens Creek in San Jose after looking for a couple months. I could have received similar deals in Boise or Las Vegas but that would require travel and also initial financing with the dealers. I traded a 2017 JKU...
  8. SF Bay Area - Any JT Sightings?

I picked up a Launch Edition in San Jose at Stevens Creek on Saturday. I thought it was a good deal $55,400.
