I used an Iphone 10XR (using the front LIDAR sensor) and a program called ScandyPro. It's not the greatest solution but it works well enough with some basic measurements. I did all of the design work in the free version of Fusion 360.

Just installed mine today, fit and finish of the flare is pretty good and all but 1 hole lined up. The led / lens is a little cheap but if the strip burns out it will be an easy swap.

Installed KBD flares on the Gladiator today.

Awesome weekend in the interior of BC, the Gladiator did fantastic as always. First time in a roof top tent, I don't think I'll ever go back to a ground tent now.

Went snow wheeling with the boys, unfortunately it wasn't pure powder and was a PITA to break trail.

Finally picked up a new set of wheels for the Gladiator. Absolutely love the bronze on blue.

The colour matched fenders look so good, very jealous. Tho mine would be carved to absolute hell by now haha.

The difference 1 year makes. My old 5.9l limited Grand Cherokee flexed out on the same K rails as the new Gladiator.
