There is a thread about it and the link below is a specific post about my install and review

Man! Every time I watch the van-lifers use these accordion seals to do their cab to living space pass-throughs I think to myself, "You could do this between the RTT and the canopy'. The Redtail Overland Skyloft RTT does something similar to allow pass-through to a sun roof. So jealous! I'll...
I feel ya brother. I gutted and rebuilt out my bed, solar, everything last fall and it was at that point that I committed to myself that I would redo it all correctly. If I hadn’t decided to gut it and start over, I would still have a bunch of janky hoopty bits. Lol

I have a nutsert tool and these crimpers for this very reason. Not long ago I only needed to install two nutserts for my trail rails so I decided to just use the double wrench method. It was miserable but I reasoned that I just had to suck it up for two nutserts and then I'll never...
I'm late to the conversation but I can tell you that my 2020 JTR, which the AZ DMV has listed as having a $41,000 factory list price (because they do registration here based on the vehicle's value) was $462 to register last year. The first year I registered it was$545.
I never went back in and added the spacers. I was "worried" that there would be enough flex and it would allow those bolts to loosen over time but that just hasn't happened. It's been well over a year now and they have not come loose, so I just don't see the need to go back in with spacers...
It’s really just perspective. I used to get bent out of shape when they would tell me the 10 things that needed attention and in my head I’d be thinking “Yeah, right”.
Then I had a wheeling buddy who was a service writer where I take my Jeeps and he confirmed my suspicion. He said “At this...
Exactly. As @Lunentucker said in the post just above yours, “Oil changes almost always go to the “new kid”. They haven’t learned those “hard lessons” yet. As I always tell my kids right after they make some big mistake in their personal lives or at work, “Good decisions come from experience...
@Rdizz
First off, I feel bad that this has happened but as many have said, give the dealer a chance to make it right. There is certainly a litany of things that you can do once they say "Not my pig, not my farm" but give them the chance to disappoint you first; then let loose the dogs of war...
Hey Papa,
Just as "extra input", I've been running the ARB twin compressors on all 3 of my Jeeps for 7, 5 & 3 years respectively and never really needed to increase the idle. It couldn't hurt but I'm not so sure you would need to...for what it's worth.
I had a Subaru Impreza WRX for about 10 years. It was an absolutely wonderful little car. It couldn’t beat my 350Z in the quarter mile but once the turbo spooled up, that little boxer engine could outrun the Z.
Impreza may be a bit small by the sounds of it, but one of the SUVs like the...
Driver rear seat. I have a rear seat delete so it is under the portion behind the driver seat. There are some brackets welded to the tub that something was mounted to originally; I can't remember but the brackets may have been for the plastic under seat storage or it may have been for the...
Personally, I’d stay away from ACE sliders. Here’s my experience with them:

If you decide to go with nutserts, do yourself a favor. Go to Harbor Freight and buy a nutsert tool.
I have installed nutserts on my Jeeps for various things and have always done the double wrench method, which works; but it is nowhere as easy or as effective as the tool. I have messed up a...
