Thanks for the response and the info. Yes, I love the Ready Brute set-up and have used it previously on my 2004 Wrangler and with three different motorhomes. And the no start symptoms are not every time we tow, but mostly with longer trips. Now that I've discovered the remote start as a...
Interesting. This is helpful and I'll try pressing harder on the pedal and/or investigating the Brake Buddy solution. I really appreciate the response and the info!
I have a 2020 Gladiator Rubicon (gas) that I flat tow behind a Class A motorhome using the Ready Brute Elite tow arm package. I like the simplicity of the surge braking system with the mechanical cable that attaches to the backside of the brake pedal. I have been experiencing an ongoing...
My Gladiator failed its state inspection a couple weeks ago due to the third brake light not working. I guessed that it was a connection somewhere, but the dealer diagnosed the problem and replaced the LED lamp assembly under warranty. Just listing the info here as this may be a somewhat...
I cut mine off with a sawzall right above the axle area. It’s going to recycling in the very near future. I have no plans to reinstall the stock system. Even unmolested ones have been advertised on here for ages—not much of a market for them.
Got my AWE Trail system exhaust delivered yesterday and installed this morning. The build quality and welds are simply AWEsome.
Not sure if this has already been posted, but I weighed my stock system at 41.4 lbs and the AWE was 33.6 lbs. So, net weight reduction of approximately 7.8 lbs.
Just a thought, but it may have to do with the way you are parking, taking up two spaces and all. Maybe if you straighten it out you will be covered in ducks in no time!
One bit of good news is that your Aria is diesel, not gas powered. That will make towing easier and the hitch should have a 10K rating. Yes, the tow arms should be relatively level with the tow plate attachment points. I think there is a +/- 3" or so variance recommended.
