Dealership called me today and let me know that the parts came in to do the TSB. Only took them two days to get the parts. Dropping it off today, and he said it will be ready same time tomorrow.

Dealer just called me and said that they will perform the TSB but they dont have the parts. They will order the parts Monday and will have me come back when they come in. Im really surprised and pleased that they didnt argue with me at all.

I just dropped mine off and gave them the TSB paper. Ill let you know what they say.

Happens here too. I checked all the torque on my bolts, and they are good. 2020 Overland, 700 miles. Not worried about it though, nothing is rubbing.

My dealership has been pretty useless. Their information has conflicted with Jeep chat. My dealer said today that they are holding mine at the factory until the 21st and it could be delivered the end of this month or early next month. Jeep chat said its shipped and could arrive any time...
